		<description>Pretty funny stuff...this is most people&#039;s impression when they first join...worthless.  

However, once you start following friends, colleagues, and industry experts, the information becomes useful and relevant.  We&#039;ve closed deals through twitter and made some great connections.

With the advent of new twitter-based job boards and services, it will be interesting to see how this medium affects our industry.  With over 7 million unique visitors a month, we&#039;re hearing recruiters think seriously about how tap into the power of the viral, direct, and instant way to communicate with jobseekers.
