Thank you for putting together the list, but I would caution your readers. Many of those companies are pharma (big pharma) and that arena is a blood bath of layoffs right now. They have been friendly to women, although one wonders is that because the doctors were more likely to see Suzy ShortSkirt than her male counterpart. My clients (medical, laboratory companies)are not biased towards women, but they provide a fantastic, competitive work environment in a very stable industry.
