HubSpot announced today that it has chosen Jobvite to power its social recruiting efforts.
Jobvite creates next-generation recruitment solutions, which will be of use to HubSpot, an inbound marketing software company. Jobvite’s Web. 2.0 platform will enable HubSpot to leverage social networks to find the best candidates, reduce spending on job boards and manage a high volume of applicants.
HubSpot recruits marketing and technology experts who are often referred because of their online presence. Jobvite’s integration with social networks – including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter – also will help HubSpot find passive candidates.
Recruiters and any HubSpot employee can target job opportunities to qualified people in their networks and spread the word virally. HubSpot employees also can use Jobvite’s Facebook application, Work With Us, to feed current job information to their contacts.
