I’ve been having some luck with the board at http://www.voolkan.com which you posted about here: http://www.cheezhead.com/2009/04/02/ved-the-voolkan-job-board/

Since I signed up a week or so ago they added a way to store your resume on their server, which has saved me a lot of time.

MediaBistro’s list is a 100% re-publish of PCMag’s (heck, they even only include the top 10 and link to PCMag for the rest of the 20).

As far as why Hound.com keeps getting recognized, I’d say its a healthy combination of luck, great marketing, and article writers not knowing there are better options.

There’s a typo in the first URL (”http://www.mediabistro.como/”)

Also, if you’d read their article, you’d have seen that it’s simply a wrapper for the PC Mag article. They do not have their own list.
