According to a company statement sent out to their customers last week, Jobster has changed its name to Recruiting.com.
The job site purchased the Recruiting.com domain name and blog in 2006 from Jason Davis, the founder of RecruitingBlogs.com, for an unknown amount.
Recruiting.com’s entire website changed. The new site, which focuses on B2B solutions, talks about software, building relationships, and creating pipelines. The only mention of Jobster is on the ‘About’ page.
According to BizJournals.com, the consumer-oriented Jobster website will continue to function, along with company email addresses.
Last November, Jobster cut 38 percent of its workforce, bringing their headcount down to 25 workers. The heavily funded job site has raised $55 million from Ignition Partners, Reed Elsevier Ventures and other firms.

Interesting. More interesting is the referral to Jason Davis as the “current” founder.
Is there a new founder in the offing for Recruitingblogs.org?

So, what you’re saying is that I was right: http://tinyurl.com/cznhay
Not just “kind of right.” But 100% right — and that Jason Goldberg, the owner of the company at the time, was 100% wrong. Right?
Damn, that feels good.
