		<description>As a former customer of SuccessFactors I hope Dmitri can help sort out their product issues.  Excessively long deployment times, poor UI, weak technical support and an overall unimaginative product.  

They provide workflow for an old problem without taking into account employee development.  We replaced SuccessFactors with Rypple, a few emails and a google doc.
