Aaron Matos of Jobing has run that company into the ground and to say moral is low would be an understatement! What once was a great company is now just a shell of what its was and could have been. With poor Management promotions to loosing the focus on what the company was founded on, "its all about great people", things need to change in order for the investors to recoup their monies and for Jobing to survive! How many VP's are needed anyways? Joel, when are you going to wake up and become an equal opportunity blogger instead of focusing your energies on the same ole song and dance? It is time the truth comes out about a once great organization that is now in retreat mode. That makes me think of another founder that should be stepping down!
