Beyond.com, a large network of niche career communities, has announced a partnership with Viigo, a developer of mobile content and services platform for smartphones, that will bring job search capabilities to Blackberry and Windows Mobile users.

Job seekers will be able to access Beyond’s network of communities by downloading Viigo’s application. In addition to searching for jobs, users can email job descriptions to themselves or their friends.

“Viigo’s all about providing people with access to the information they need, wherever and whenever they want it” said Mark Ruddock, CEO, Viigo. “We’re pleased to have formed a partnership with Beyond.com, as it opens up a unique and valuable source of content to our community. In fact, we hope many people will find their next job on Viigo.”

“This relationship makes job searching easier and more convenient than ever before by sharing our vast database of job opportunities and career content with professionals on-the-go,” said Rich Milgram, CEO of Beyond.com, Inc. “With this new application, professionals can now access fresh, relevant job opportunities from anywhere at any time, allowing them to proactively stay informed and react quickly to new opportunities for career advancement as they arise.”
