Users can set up a search agent to notify them by e-mail if a job related to their field of interest becomes available. The site also offers a list of resources for those seeking a green job.
In addition to posting jobs, employers can search the resume database and set up a resume agent to automatically e-mail them the best resumes that match their needs. They also can track applications to their job postings, create and update company profiles and utilize the resource area.
