Video interviewing provider HireVue has announced that three executives, Scott Fowle, Josh Schwede and Christopher Higbee, have been hired to tackle aggressive growth plans the company has for the future.
Fowle will take over as Vice President of Sales, while Schwede will take over as Vice President of Business Development and Higbee as Vice President of Marketing.
A press release from HireVue states that the recession has driven company growth by 500 percent.

Fowle previously worked with a number of HR technology and services companies including Taleo, CareerBuilder and The Divine Group. He last worked as Regional Vice President of Sales for SuccessFactors before joining HireVue.
Prior to joining HireVue, Schwede was the Director of Business Development for HireRight (a division of USIS) and before his 5 years at HireRight, he held various positions at IBM and Centerpost (acquired by West Corporation).
Prior to joining HireVue, Higbee served as President of Kindle Marketing, a provider of outsourced marketing services and as Vice President of Marketing for Two Little Hands Productions. Previous to Kindle, Higbee served as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Solutions Consulting for HireRight from 2001 to 2007.
