All of these applications are just software. While software and funcitooality is important, its clearly the least important of two important elements. the most important element is having a critcal mass of profiles (job seekers) and Jobs (employers). This cannot be emmulated by someone spending $3,000 or even $30,000 or even $300,000. Its even tough to do it with 3 million too.

Perhaps the top 2 or 3 players matters…the rest will just sink to the bottom like heavy stones. It’s impossible for job seekers to remember 50+ names and websites. So let the clones come,…they will probably just die out naturally. And then another wave will come and fill the void…
