While software and funcitooality is important, its clearly the least important of two important elements.  the most important element is having a critcal mass of profiles (job seekers) and Jobs (employers).  This cannot be emmulated by someone spending $3,000 or even $30,000 or even $300,000.  Its even tough to do it with 3 million too.</description>
