Arbita, a provider of recruitment marketing technology, media and services, has released a new research report from The Recruitment Genome Project, a long-term effort to map the building blocks of successful recruiting strategies.

According to a press release, the the 11-page report is the first installment from the Recruitment Genome Project. Hundreds of recruitment professionals participated in the first survey, answering questions about an array of topics including:

* Interactive Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

* Media Management
* Sourcer and Recruiter Development

The data collected was tabulated and analyzed by a panel consisting of Arbita’s executive team and several industry leaders including Kevin Wheeler, Peter Weddle, Don Ramer, and George LaRocque.
