So jobthread moved from a pay-to-post model to a CPC model. Totally understandable for them to do that. But if they could not get employers to find value in their candidates on a pay-to-post basis, how will they find value on a CPC basis? Sometimes having a different pricing model helps get customers in but whether you charge by the cup or by the swallow, starbucks is still starbucks and instant is still instant.
