Jen Savage was the inspiration behind Kurt Vonnegut’s later work, specifically Hocus Pocus and Timequake. While not his best novels, she was able to transition this brief notoriety in literary circles into a career as editor for Highlights for Children magazine, Goofus and Galant division.

She currently bats .267 for the Cleveland Indians.
