According to Recruiter.co.uk, HR solutions provider Kenexa has launched Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution designed to drive down costs by sourcing and tracking candidates through the recruitment process.
The system includes new portal pages and a data insight tool to allow end users to develop reports for improved visibility and optimization of the recruiting processes.
The system also allows recruitment managers access to workflow capabilities, screens and features to conduct both hourly and professional hiring on a single, unified platform.

The Wall Street Journal just wrote an article that speaks to this. Resume overload is affecting most hiring managers now more then ever and there are new technologies that solve these issues. ATS’s do not rank the best candidates and they dont source candidates either. These ATS’s will become extinct unless they can also tell employers which candidates to focus on –
