		<description>The Wall Street Journal just wrote an article that speaks to this.  Resume overload is affecting most hiring managers now more then ever and there are new technologies that solve these issues.  ATS&#039;s do not rank the best candidates and they dont source candidates either.  These ATS&#039;s will become extinct unless they can also tell employers which candidates to focus on -
