A site that hasn’t even launched yet is promising to revolutionize recruiting by using a model that will change the way employers find job seekers and how job seekers network.
HireFinders claims it will have several innovative features, but the company is remaining tight-lipped about the details of those features until the site launches later this summer. The site claims to be an innovative recruiting platform that will help employers and job seekers find each other. HireFinders is planning a private beta launch in July and a public launch in August.
According to Founder Todd Kosik, HireFinders will provide a fast, effective and enjoyable way for employers and job seekers to easily interact. The site will be made up of innovative features, cutting-edge Web technology, a streamlined interface and total confidentiality.
“Employers and job seekers alike can look forward to an easier and more efficient way to find one another,” Kosik said.
Once it launches, job seekers will have free access to the site and employers can use the site for free for six months. The site also promises total confidentiality. There will be no resume database and job seekers will have the ability to always know the status of their submissions.
Some features that the company is letting out of the bag prior to the site’s launch include: social networking capability; proprietary technology that allows employers to pre-screen and score applicants; reusable and refreshable job slots; an employer service for uploading job data; an applicant tracking system; job seeker status and job alerts and employer e-mail alerts.

We’ve just launched a website with very similar feature list, but it is targeting the IT field exclusively: http://itwiw.com (who’s who in IT)
Any feedback is appreciated.

Thank you Jennifer for this great article. As one of the 3 founders of HireFinders, (the 3rd is Roy Greenberg), I can definitely tell you there will be some interesting and even fun surprises to our job board once we launch. How did you find out about us?

Gary – Yes this looks amazing. There are no jobs, no user profiles, no traffic to the site, they have no funding, no unique technology, no inbound links, no page rank. Yes this is special, just like the other 50,000 job boards out there. No wonder it took you so long to find, usually a start up will have at least one thing that makes it special, this one literally has nothing.

In response to Realistic, we are not even in beta yet. We haven’t completed the website and the unique features, jobs and candidate profiles will all come soon.

Thank you jennifer for the well written article. we’ll have more feature updates closer to launch. and rest assured to anyone concerned – HireFinders will at the very least have jobs, user profiles, traffic to the site, unique technology, inbound links, page rank and especially features that will help us stand out from the other 50,000 job boards..
