Another online recruiting marketplace with a model similar to BountyJobs and Dayak has emerged called AgreeYourFee.com.
Employers can advertise their positions for free on the site. They’re given the power to set the fee amount. Then you know the drill – recruiters compete by submitting candidates to secure the fee, and the employer makes the final decision.
The site makes money by charging employers and recruiters after they fill a vacancy. A flat rate of 15% is deducted from the ‘Total Fee’ that the employer sets when posting the vacancy. Here’s how the site explains it (in British pounds):
