We worked closely with Reddit to build a site that reflects their unique community and character. How many job sites let a company describe their "alignment" in their profiles? Seriously. It's got a sense of humor and playfulness that we think job seekers will respond well to. We also track the job voting to share it with employers so they can get a sense of how the community responds to their listings, style, and opportunities. We'll see how it goes...
