Oh Buzzy... Like I have written on more than one occasion, I actually do not write with 'uncontrolled rage' because of lack of employment. The 'rage' is for all the people who had a really hard time getting back into the job market after leaving solid jobs after being lied to by ALL of the top brass in Jobfox. I actually make over 6 figures, with benefits and have 2 offices with ridiculous views. So as for running to McDonald's for anything other than a #1 value meal (supersized of course!) - you are waaaay of base. As for not having a spine - well that is just preposterous. I am one of the few people (who worked at Jobfox) that has the balls to tell it like it really is. Some poeple take a 10 minute smoke break, go take a walk... I like to come on Cheezhead and see what people wrote and write back with true, albeit gritty commentary that is ALWAYS truthful. You did not work there and you should thank Jesus, God, Allah, The Devil etc that you did not work for Jobfox. You just fail to realize that by working for them, you just didn't waste your professional career time-wise, but also do not take into account how many long time clients that were burned by convincing them to spend precious recruiting money - only to have it go completely up in smoke. Now your at your new job and do you really think these people are going to not be just a little upset that their boss chewed them a new ass because you sold them Jobfox? Happened to me on numerous occasions. Think before you talk 'Buzzy'...

Happy,

I'm late to the game and was never with JobFox, but know some of the people. Let me say that I'm surprised you can walk upright due to the fact that you don't have a spine. The fact that you think someone would want to hire you is laughable, I think you need to get that rage of yours under control. As for wanting to meet people for 3 minutes and taking on 2 guys and your numerous refererence to using your fist, I'd suggest that you have some underlying issues to resolve. I'm thrilled you're out of work, why not hustle down to McDonalds and grab an application and an apron.

Well, this is getting very productive isn't it. We have a round robin of 3 people getting no where fast. Happy, you have made some solid points on the way they mismanaged the company. I said it myself in my earlier post. However, I do agree with Beenthere, about getting the opportunity, which I would say all of us were very excited by the product and the company. However, Beenthere, grow a pair and do not insult Happy about being unemployable, since you do not know who the person is.

How about you or former, what are you doing? Are you still there? Are you helping fill the holes that Steven has opened beyond repair? Or you one of the unemployed masses still searching for the next opportunity or did you just settle and take the first, next job that came along?

Bottom line, Happy, stop making threats of violence, it goes no where and makes you look ridiculous. And everyone else, just grow up, take what you learned and move on. Life is too short to worry about what could have been.

Beentheredonethat... I would hire me in a second. I would also crush your spine in that same second. My thoughts were not of myself but all the others who got donkey punched by these imbeciles who wasted 100 million dollars. If you read what I wrote and were able to get your head out of your rectum - you would agree with me. MANY of the sales and management teams had solid jobs and even businesses - all crushed and thrown away. But, being a wiggly little worm - that is all you can come up with? I would be ever so happy to meet you in person along with your loser pal ex-foxer. All I would need is 3 minutes for the both of you...

Happy - No one has a crystal ball and can tell whether a company will work or not. That you were given an opportunity in the first place is what you should be thinking about. So many other people have NOT been given an opportunity. I think its selfish and pitiful the way you and the other losers bad mouth someone that gave you a job in the first place. But Former is right, it shows why you were the one let go first...Would you hire you? I doubt it.

Former, I only wish you were standing within punching distance of my fist. I actually got an amazing job with a great company - relatively quickly too. I write these truthful comments for all of those who had to go out and try and find jobs in this wonderful job market. I hope you either lose the job you have now or never find another and suffer like those people Rob lied to. I only wish the worst for you and ANYONE who is dumb enough to forgive the scummers who led us down the path to the unemployment line.

It is sad to see all of the negative things that keep being said about the company. I agree with former, we all came with hope of seeing the next dot.com hit it big. We all drank the kool aide and they took care of us. Blackberrys, laptops with air cards, lunches galore to drive business.

The biggest fault is that they have a marketing director who has virtually no clue on how to market in a Web 2.0 marketspace. And also, that the leaders suffered from a bit of their own market myopia due to their past successes and refused to learn from those of us on the street.

On Thom, I only met him once, he seemed fine and those numbers are not accurate, but could be a misprint. I think that any of us should have a bit more class than to bash a former colleague as they try to get a new job in this awful economy. Good luck Thom.

If Jobfox goes South, it will be a pity, but the only ones that can be faulted are the leaders for their refusal to listen to the field, the continued destruction of their database by allowing Steven to blast over and over again like a spammer and finally not sticking to the girl that brought them to the dance, Matching. It was brillant and had all focus stayed on that, perhaps you get a winner, but instead, you kept adding more and more garbage on top of it, Introductions, continued pricing changes and subscription options, and finally, the death knoll for Jobfox, ResumePal.

I wish you all luck in future careers. I enjoyed working with everyone. Good luck to the Jobfox remaining freedom fighters, the battle ahead gets only worse.

Some of you need to get over being let go. No one twisted your arm to go to work for this start up in the first place. Common business sense tells you early stage companies are high risk. Why don't you focus your bittnership toward finding a new job or making your number at your current job. Your negativity shows; maybe that's the reason you were let go.

There are a few dingleberry-brained hangers on that will glady go down with Rob/Peg/Rich/Tool-Box into the salty brine! Bunch of losers! OHHHH... it is so close now. I hope nmy dead pool date holds up! I think Jobfox could tank earlier than originally thought. We will see!!
