Does having a CSSR really hold any weight? I'm not sure it does. It's classroom training with an exam...I am a huge proponent of leveraging technology but to "certify" someone in social media recruiting seems a little silly. I've met a great deal of certified recruiters from various programs and they couldn't hold a conversation with me.
