It&#039;s classroom training with an exam...I am a huge proponent of leveraging technology but to &quot;certify&quot; someone in social media recruiting seems a little silly. I&#039;ve met a great deal of certified recruiters from various programs and they couldn&#039;t hold a conversation with me. They learn the buzz words but couldn&#039;t put together a entry level search with the strings in front of the. Just my thoughts....</description>
