JobGraph is a new feature on TheLadders’ RecruitLadder enterprise recruiting solution that enables human resources professionals to evaluate candidate work histories, which is displayed as a visual timeline of a job candidate’s work history and tracks up to ten years of employment experience. JobGraph facilitates an apples-to-apples comparison between multiple job applicants.
