FeeTrader.com is a new recruiter-to-recruiter network designed for the agency/independent recruiter.
The site’s founders say they subsidize the service through advertising, so they don’t charge any fees to recruiters. The goal is to make this ‘the largest, most effective split fee network on the planet.’
To begin, recruiters must conduct a search through the portal and then click the split-fee request tab, which will enable recruiters to send a personalized email to the potential partner with brief details about candidates and capabilities. Recruiters can post as many jobs as they like and can use their own discretion in choosing a partner.
Because FeeTrader doesn’t take in any fees, they don’t require recruiters to manage their relationships and activity through the site. Job posting recruiters remain anonymous until responding to a split-fee request from a recruitment side member. From there, recruiters are able to manage their own relationships and recruiting process. FeeTrader is not an ATS, so recruiters will need to use their own.
Contracts and invoicing are between the recruiter and their partner; however, FeeTrader says they can supply a basic contract if necessary.
