A new online resource gives college students a comprehensive collection of classified listings targeted specifically for their college.

CollegeClassifieds.com gives students access to classified ads for every college campus in the United States. Students can browse each campus by state or use the search feature to find specific ads. The site also includes a Promote Your Campus feature and a blog.

The site uses category enforcement, advertiser validation and college newspaper partnerships to serve quality classified listings to college students. CollegeClassifieds.com’s one-click RSS feeds and search feature make finding the right classified ad even easier.

CollegeClassifieds.com allows people to post free ads and pictures to a single campus, 1,000 colleges, an entire state or the whole country. Classified categories include Autos, Community, Financial Aid, For Rent, For Sale, Greek Life, Jobs, Personals, Real Estate, Services, Textbooks, Tickets and Travel. There also are separate sections for Summer Jobs and Textbook Prices.

To help spread the word, the site feeds ads to other online classified systems. Ads also are indexed by all major search engines, including Google and Yahoo. CollegeClassifieds.com markets its listings through a variety of methods, including having a student sales representative on campuses and working with college newspapers to promote the site.
