This guy seem to be a blogging addict. Too much blogging is not recommended.
Generally I agree that blogging must be part of any company culture. Managers must encourage all their employees to get involved in some kind of useful blogging related company’s domain and their individual expertise. With this trend I see that everyone in the company will be involved in some kind of marketing. Also there is no better way for an employee to directly understand the market and get feedback for the products and services which they offer.
Will this trend eliminate the need for dedicated product management and marketing groups ?

Blogging is fun! At times it can get stressful of course like any other work. But as Thyaga said that it should be in limit.
