Too much blogging is not recommended. Generally I agree that blogging must be part of any company culture. Managers must encourage all their employees to get involved in some kind of useful blogging related company's domain and their individual expertise. With this trend I see that everyone in the company will be involved in some kind of marketing. Also there is no better way for an employee to directly understand the market and get feedback for the products and services which they offer.
