iViioo, a site we wrote about last December that has dubbed itself as the “YouTube of recruiting,” is getting some international attention.
IST, the largest educational software company in Scandinavia, has begun using iVioo to conduct video interviews to set up its out sourcing center in Belarus. The company has already used 10 video interviews to hire five senior engineers.
IST, which currently has 170 employees in Europe and the United States, has reported a screening rate of more than 50 percent and a 50 percent time saving rate since it no longer has to conduct phone interviews.
“iViioo has helped us to find great candidates and has saved me a lot of time,” IST’s hiring manager said. “Now I only need to follow up with qualified engineers. I feel great that I can invite colleagues who are located on different continents to review and agree on hires.”
On top of that, the company has partnered with MeritTrac, India’s largest skills assessment company. The two are working together to showcase iViioo’s video interview solutions this Tuesday at the NASSCOM HR Summit in Chennai India.
