Howard - I am not sure what ratio you are referring to, but if it's visitors to jobs, I'd be curious how that's a detriment and for whom. We are indexing jobs only from company websites (rather than from other job boards like the other two job search engines), so our jobs are always current, often unadvertised, and never fake. LinkUp currently indexes over 21,000 companies throughout the U.S. and the site averaged roughly 400,000 job listings each day in July. As well, we have no duplicate listings on LinkUp because we only index jobs from a single source - the employer's career portal on their company website.

In terms of traffic, we are the fastest growing job search engine on the web according to Comscore data from June, and are setting traffic records every month. While our traffic is smaller than the largest job boards and the other two job search engines, the site has received incredibly favorable reviews from all over the web. The word-of-mouth referrals we're receiving, combined with very strong repeat visit statistics and excellent feedback from employers (who are benefiting from both paid and organic search traffic), gives us assurance that we are delivering a terrific service for both employers and job seekers alike.

While i like the concept I did a trafic search and they are only getting 147K visitors to the site. Considering all the jobs up there I don't like the ratio compared to the big guys.
