Jason Goldberg, the man (in)famously behind the founding of Jobster and then non-job-specific SocialMedian has a new place to drop content: betashop. Like the site says:
betashop is the website of Jason Goldberg, serial entreprenuer, fire starter, chief product officer at XING.com, founder of socialmedian, founder of Jobster, advisor and investor in some really cool startups, and all around good dude.
If history is any indication, it’ll be one to watch. His post on 10 tips for founders is particularly interestesting when looking back on his past.

Thanks for the post Joel. For better or worse Jason is actually someone that I read a lot about prior to starting my job board. Had a chance to check out betashop. The top 10 list is definitely an interesting read.

Jason is a winner – he had a successful exit with SocialMedian and with Jobster he demonstrated his great marketing capability by producing such media buzz for such a crap service.
Joel you should perhaps drop your mocking tone with reagrds to Jason. Enough laughing, maybe a little respect…

Ahh, respect? He took $58 million of other people’s good money and flushed it on bad ego fed decisions.
Respect no, speechless yes.
