What's great about it (in my opinion) is that, like all of UpMo's modules, it's an agent that gets smarter the more you use it. All Monster, Indeed, etc. can do is spit me back results based on a keyword and/or set of parameters; even job "matching" engines like JobFox are built around employers' needs rather than job seekers'. The IJH first gets to know me (my current job, my future career goals, my professional network), then helps me see where I can go next in my career. This is the key insight that really makes UpMo stand out from the pack: it's not just about helping you get a job today, or even tomorrow. It's about helping you visualize your own career path and giving you the knowledge and tools you need to take control of it. I highly encourage people to check it out!
