Martin Snyder is currently president of Main Sequence Technologies, an Ohio solutions company that serves thousands of staffing pros worldwide, providing on-demand or licensed software and related services for recruitment wherever and however organizations are built, most often under the flagship brand of PCRecruiter. Main Sequence is led by a team including Martin’s brother Michael Snyder (CIO), along with Bill Kubicek (VP Marketing) and Gretchen Kubicek (CFO).
PCRecruiter is notable for being widely used among both third-party and corporate staffing groups, and offering unusual versatility in both deployment and functionality. Prior to his tenure at Main Sequence, Martin co-founded Treadware Corporation, a logistics software firm. In the early 1990’s, he provided LAN/WAN consulting and implementation services in Northeast Ohio. Mr. Snyder attended the University of Akron. Married with two young children, Martin is a member of the Mentor Harbor Yachting Club and an avid sailboat racer. His other interests include cosmology, aerospace, and world history during the thirty seconds between hitting the bed and falling asleep.
