union pacific .jobs domain kickin’ google ranking butt

With what appears to be no organized optimization strategy whatsoever, Union Pacific is racking up some nice organic rankings on Google with their .jobs domain.
In this example, they rank Top 5 for “railroad jobs,” a term Wordtracker currently estimates at 252 search queries per day.
Well done, UP.
