By Joel Cheesman - Start-up Jobstick is taking the "eHarmony for jobs" concept of employment matching and choosing to power existing applicant tracking models versus being a consumer play in the traditional job board sense. By so doing, the company believes it can bypass a lot of the challenges faced by others in their space, such as Jobfox, who have to spend significantly to attract job seekers. Jobstick's solution even integrates with current applicant tracking systems like Taleo so employers aren't forced to make a switch. We take a deeper look at the site Onrec recently awarded "Best New Technology."
