By Vanessa Dennis - I sat down with fomer Yahoo HotJobs head honcho and current Jobvite CEO Dan Finnigan to talk about how companies can reduce their recruiting spend while still maintaining skilled recruiters and a pipeline of qualified candidates. "People's natural instinct [during tough times] is to retreat," Finnigan said. "I think that's the biggest mistake a company can make right now.
