By Jen Carpenter - KODA.us, a social recruiting site for job seekers and companies, recently secured an additional $1 million in funding from a group of private angel investors. So far, the company has raised $3 million and has marked the completion of its first round of funding. The funding has been used to move the site's focus to an equal relationship between job seekers and companies, as well as redesigning the site and updating its technology. And investors aren't the only ones taking notice of KODA, which has been getting positive feedback from job seekers, companies and communities in need.
