We held full-time jobs, babysat, blogged, and managed to pull straight-A’s while keeping our hair perfect. For most of us, it’s not arrogance - just the advantage of being the new kids on the block. You want us to pay attention 40 hours a week? Don’t start by boring us to tears. Give us a challenge. Make us think. We’ll have every reason to stick around.
