By Vanessa Dennis - With the recent death of itzbig, it's now more important than ever that these "eHarmony of Jobs" sites roll out better technology that results in the most accurate match possible without losing job seekers due to lengthy and often frustrating profile sessions. So who's gonna survive? My money is on a lesser-known company that uses semantic search technology to pull key attributes like work history and education from a resume as opposed to irrelevant key words. Plus, they've got something unique in common with Trovix that might bring them a little luck, just like their very rich and happy competitor.

Of the deal, RealMatch's VP of business development said, "I honestly can’t imagine why any legal employer or recruiter seeking to hire any skilled legal professional wouldn’t use FindLaw’s job channel. It’s free to post; free to browse the profiles of matching candidates and applicants and they only have to pay if they find a candidate that matches their needs. The risk is no longer on the employer. It’s on the portal.”
