I have spent some time pondering how I would write this historic post (historic being that Cheezhead is sharing his valuable real estate with others) and thought I would start at the beginning.

Cheese and I go back 10+ years in this business and have often shared long, philosophical discussions about the future of recruiting and the role of technology. As this was the foundation of our friendship, I believe it will be the foundation of my contributions to his site as well. I will try and share my thoughts on all things interactive recruitment marketing and in turn, hope that you will contribute your thoughts in turn.
