The bottom line is that attracting and acquiring talent is not a money game with a direct path - it may work in the short term but is not a sustainable strategy. Its about relationships and that's why companies that truly understand this will be doing amazing things by taking advantage of what the social networking space has to offer. Watch for more on this!
